Whether you are knee deep in a Montana blue ribbon trout stream in search of trout, stalking bonefish on a salt flat, or casting to smallmouth bass in the rivers of the northeast fly fishing provides a challenging and rewarding way of angling for thousands of different fish species.

The Yellowstone Fly Fishing Schools’ professional fly fishing educators (see About Us) are Federation of Fly Fishers Master Certified Casting Instructors, and have experience working with women, children, and men of all ages and abilities. We will share with students our knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for the sport of fly fishing in a comfortable and fun learning environment.

The Yellowstone Fly Fishing School is located 55 miles north of Yellowstone National Park in beautiful Livingston, Montana. Livingston is a world renowned fly fishing destination that rests on the banks of the Yellowstone River in the shadow of the spectacular Absaroka Mountains. Our classroom is the Federation of Fly Fishers (FFF) Fly Fishing Discovery Center (FFDC) and the surrounding waters.
